ø To formulate various Marketing strategies in accordance to corporate policy to the Chief Manager/ VP Markerting .
ø Developing and executing marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to ensure the profit growth and expansion of the brand within designated budgets
ø Designing the brand plans and promotional material to achieve marketing goals to ensure share of market and profitability of the brand
ø Facilitating in developing and recommending pricing strategy
ø Driving market intelligence programs and analyzing the information to identify and capitalize on opportunities and minimize effect of competitors’ activities
ø Evaluating market reactions to advertising programs, merchandising policy and product packaging to ensure timely adjustment of marketing strategy and plans to meet changing market and competitive condition
ø Identifying new product opportunities, devising launch plans & following up with all related departments and brand managers to ensure implementation and targeted results.
ø Explore newer geographical area for customer target for hospital
ø Explore new product feasibility for the business plan.
ø Carry out the Research activity related to Marketing concerning the Marketing plan evolved in association of Marketing Executive with the Chief Manager.
ø Plan & execute various activities as per the phase wise Marketing plans.
ø Plan and schedule a meeting with the representative of present and prospective corporate clients, after acquiring the proper details about the suitability of the time of corporate client, with the Chief Manager.
ø Conduct regular follow-up of all the Prospective Corporate clients.
ø Maintain all the bills related to the Corporate and follow-up should be carried out for the payment of the outstanding.
ø To process the patient feedback form for analysis and consolidated report should be submitted to the Chief Manager.
ø To oversee all the publishing material of the hospital; namely: information booklet, leaflets, handbills, brochure and other related materials. These shall include the content, design and proofreading.
