 Job Description
The Role and Responsibilities include -  • He shall be responsible for Planning, Organizing, and Executing the Food and Beverage Operations in the Hotel, starting from designing the Menus, Restaurant/Banquet Set-ups, Service Plans/Flow Management, Man-Management, Inventory Management, Events, etc. • He shall be responsible for the smooth running of operations in all the F & B Outlets of the Hotel. • He shall ensure and oversee the implementation of SOP’s set for the department. • Shall be responsible for developing and maintaining Good and Professional Relationship with the Guests – Corporates, Business Groups, Social Groups, Associations, etc. • Shall be responsible handling the Guest Complaints, and see that the Guests availing our services are satisfied within our possibilities. • He shall design and develop Innovative set-ups and create the Right Ambience, for the Restaurants and Banquet parties, to match the Theme and Expectations of the Parties and Guests. • Should be able to plan and organize unique Food Festivals, and promote our Brand in the Market. • He has to identify and develop the Talent, by Training the Associates on the F&B Concepts, Guest Centric Behaviour, Systems, Procedures and Relevant Documentation. • He has to ensure the implementation of the Food Safety Management Systems, as specified under ISO 22000-2005, standards. • Shall be Responsible for Maintaining all Relevant Documents, Records, Registers, including adherence to the Legal and ISO Norms, as applicable.
