Required Skills: RGBSI is seeking strong recruiters for their Professional Services team. As a recruiter, your goal is to continuously recruit and pipeline candidates to place on contractual assignments within the US. Duties include but are not limited to: Recruit qualified candidates by engaging in sourcing activities to include, but not be limited to: market research, identifying candidate sources, cold calling, recruiting calls. Determines and implements appropriate recruiting techniques for market, industry, skill set and region. Maintain ongoing relationships with candidates not currently on assignment. Qualify candidates by conducting telephone interviews to obtain work history, education, training, job skills and salary requirements. Complete appropriate reference checks on candidates to ensure authenticity of stated skills and experience. Provide coaching and advice to the candidate throughout the client interview process to include counteroffers and job transition. · Min. 2 year IT staffing experience required. Must have experience in recruiting for contractual positions in the US for clients such as (AT&T, ACCENTURE, ACS).· Willing to work in night shifts· Must have a good knowledge of IT skill sets and a thorough understanding of the various IT categories.· Must be motivated and possess a sense of urgency to achieve outcomes that exceed expectation Must have the ability to proficiently handle difficult negations with professionalism and respect. Must have excellent verbal/written skills.· Working with VMS is preferred· Any degree

Job Description |

Interacts, coordinate regularly with Account Managers at US office, in order to work on daily job requirements and to fully understand the skills necessary for open job requirements.
Perform the following recruitment services: sourcing (via industry/post specific websites, publications, and career fairs), screening (via phone/in person), interviewing (per technical & dynamic needs), compensation (negotiation/approval), networking (locally and via online boards), relocation assistance, VISA coordination, and other on candidate qualification duties.
Maintains internal database of future candidates and follow the process to maintain the internal database
Conduct cold calls to identify new candidates
Develops and maintains high-level knowledge of current technologies
Develops and maintains relationships with candidates that extend into employment
Develops lessons learned
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. • Involved in full-cycle recruiting: Responsible for sourcing, recruiting, screening and placing candidates for various positions at all levels from various technology domains.
• IT Recruiting Experience involving recruiting personnel into various contract, contract to hire and Permanent positions.
• Experience with developing client contacts and build client relationship.
• Have adeptness in using various job portals like Dice, Monster, Career Builder and Corp-corp.com and the passive candidate search.
• Good exposure in W2, 1099, and Corp to Corp deals along with per diem schemes.
• Experience in negotiating & finalizing salary/ rate/hr aspects with GCs, U.S. Citizens , H1B, EAD,TN permit holders, OPT, EAD.
• Identified 90% - 100% match candidates.
• Developed behavioral interviewing questions to improve retention and reduce turnover.
• Managed relocation, visas, background checks, drug screening, and terminations.
• Compensation analysis and negotiation for both employees and consulting staff.
• Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Quick-grasping and self-learning with value-added attitudes.
• Flexible and able to co-ordinate with others to achieve goals.
