Process / Client Related: Account planning, strategy development for campaigns Develop and strategize to exponentially increase the billing/revenue opportunities with existing/new clients by effectively partnering with them Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves to achieve market share metrics; evolving market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve targets. Providing direction to execute promotions / launches as part of brand building & market development effort. Deploying suitable market research tools to gauge market trends and competitor activities to gain the competitive edge in the market and supporting the organization in creating a niche for them in the BTL space. Managing marketing functions like product planning & roadmaps, consultation and business development. Timely collection from clients to ensure effective fund rotation and revenue management. Execution of projects to create brand visibility as desired and accomplish business development objectives stated by the client. Observe strict time lines and turnaround time through effective team management and periodical reviews. Responsible for driving/achieving branch sales targets Responsible for staff welfare & training Responsible for preparing MIS reports for the branch operations and communicate with the HO Aptitude to handle critical situations and handling entire branch operations and overall branch supervision Periodic review of progress vs. objectives Identification and elimination of operational deficiencies and business pain areas to improve bottom line improvement and top line growth. Plan and develop an industry niche in organizational positioning, business approach, client acquisitions, perceptional enhancement, and relationship building.
