The candidate will be expected to prepare the contents for proposals and presentations for marketing of our services to Scientific and Medical Associations, Institutions and Corporates.Candidates, who have deep interest in service sector, can really use their creativity and communication skills. The job also involves interacting with a lot of hotels, designers and travel related service providers, which requires effective communication, presentation & leadership skills. Job Description The candidate should be a graduate with regular university degree, with EXCELLENT command over English language and knowledge of MS office on computers. Candidate should have a presentable personality with excellent communication and coordination skills for marketing for International conferences, exhibitions and events. Some of the traits, qualities and skill sets we are looking for are: i. Excellent communication skills and ability to make presentations to clients for business development and marketing. ii. Presentable personality & ability to work in a team. Since most of our Conferences are held in 5 Star Hotels and Conference Centres, the Candidates must be well groomed and should be comfortable dealing with high profile professionals, Indian and Foreigner delegates and speakers. iii. Voracious reader and people with quick grasping ability. iv. People who have ability to work hard with a passion to excel in service sector. Our experience shows that candidates, whose hobbies include reading, writing, extra-curricular activities like debating, achieve a lot in the field of marketing of services for International Conferences, Exhibitions and Events. v. Event Management requires long and hectic hours of planning and implementation especially in the conference season September to March. Summer months are not so hectic during, during which we focus, on planning and marketing. vi. Knowledge of computers MS Office with good typing speed. Some of the proposals & presentations to be done are quite long, which require precision in writing the proposals and promptness in comprising the proposals. Though we have mentioned that the candidate should be Graduate/ Post Graduate M.A. in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, P.R. but other candidates with graduation in other field – science or humanities with excellent knowledge of English language are most welcome to apply.
