• The HR & Admin Manager has day- to-day responsibility like Attendance, House Keeping, Security etc.,
• Should handle employee Grievance
• Maintain harmonious relations between Management & Employees by providing the better working conditions.

• Should have knowledge or experience in employment law, labour law, employee relations, employee engagement, welfare and communication.
