Main Tasks : Execution of all Financial controlling tasks in agreement with the CFO (Head office in Germany) so that an optimal analysis of the financial situation of the branch and the AVIAREPS Group is available at any time. The Financial Controller has a significant impact regarding decision making and strategic planning. The Financial Controller will provide guidance to members of the Senior Management Team and Board on financial matters including budgets, reporting, financial controls and finance systems. Key Responsibilities: ? Deliver financial management stability by strengthening financial planning and analyses ? Ensure that rigorous financial control is applied throughout all operations ? Document and improve financial processes to ensure effective use of resources ? Secure function of a monthly risk management information system (Group evaluation with the help of an company internal control system) ? Optimize and enhance internal control system ? Cost control ? Revenue control ? Open accounts control ? Benchmark analysis and measurements to meet financial performance benchmarks (profitability/Income-cost ratio/Cash flow/ Accounts receivable/payable ? Contract Management ? Execute cost effectiveness study ? Profitability Analyses ? Preparation and Organisation of Due Dilligences ? Prepare annual balance sheet according to IFRS methods ?Travel time: 70% of annual working time ? Reporting to Management Bord and FSC India Key Skills and Knowledge: ? Qualified financiel controller with at least 2 years practical controlling experience ? International accounting, practical auditing and risk management experience ? Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills ? Good knowledge of the MS-Office Products ? Fluent English and one furtther foreign language
