Monitor the performance of Installers & After Sales Technicians so as to ensure that Desired level of Installation & After Sales Services are provided to selective end users To provide training to Dealer Technicians on regular basis. To provide Pre Sales & Post Sales support to direct customers at state level. To maintain documentation related to installation,after sales service -Service Coupons,installation audit at state level. To monitor and resolve complaints related to installation and system performance at state level. Lookin for candidates having experience in After sales and service in irrigation company .
