Job Description
***Keeping the track on Monthly Bills like Vendors Bill, Electricity, Telephone, Security, HKP, courier etc. and ensure the timely payment.
***Monthly stock, accounts, audit of the showrooms and submission of the Reports before 15th of the subsequent month.
***Verification of Cash sheets, Inventory Record, suppliers Bill maintained by the showroom.
***Stock / cash shortage /deviation if any to be intimated to H.O. and confirm.
***Ensure completion of P.O. and Invoicing on daily basis.
***Proper checking of accounts and stock report (Inward/ outward). Intimation to H.O. every month with comments.
***Ensure completion of daily order booking & daily Accounting Entries by the showroom Accountant.
***Record of free replacements with reasons
***Ensure that no movement of Stocks (Inward & Outward) without Axapta Challan.
***Ensure no irregular expenses will be Accounted in the system without the approval of HO.
***Pl. don’t permit any withdrawal from Sale Cash by any body without the proper approval.
***Ensure previous day sale cash is properly accounted and deposited in the Bank.
