Location : Trivandrum
Description: Role Responsibility
As a Call Centre Agent within the Interactive Technologies group you will provide assistance to the ITG project teams and works to ensure quality, efficiency and improved profitability.
Additional Responsibilities: You will assist system users contacting the help desk.
You will maintain project files.
Resolve system user issues according to study specific procedure
Provide support to project teams as needed
Perform data entry and data loading tasks.
Experience and Qualification You should possess previous international call centre experience and have a strong customer service background. In addition you will be :
Able to successfully manage multiple tasks and timelines. Able to liaise professionally with clients and system users. Foreign language skills desirable. Current full driver’s license Willing to work a variety of hours/days Willing to work holidays and weekends, as needed
