Job Description
Heading the Engg & Maintenance Dept. in the plant
for both electrical & Mechanical
- Maintenance of all machineries through proper
preventive maintenance schedule (both electrical &
mechanical)
- Rectifying the day to day breakdowns of the
machineries
- Following up & implementing the required New Engg.
Projects in the plant
- Organising the comparative quotations for Engg &
Maintenance work from the contractors & negotiating
the same with contractors through purchase
committee.
- Organising AMC (Annual Maintenance contract) for
the utility machineries through contractors.
- Preparing Annual CAPEX
- Playing the role of Safety officer in the plant &
ensuring the safe working environment inside the
plant
- Updating & Maintenance of documents related to
Machineries & for ISO
- Updating & Maintenaning the Statutory requirements
related to Engg. & Maintenance dept. of the plant.
- Developing New competitive vendors for the
purchase of Engg. Consumables.
- Developing new & competitive contractors for
performing Engg. & Maintenance work & for new
projects.
