Key Accountabilities
Participate in the development of the Compliance function and its processes. Participate in evaluation of internal client needs, investigation of the underlying causes and identifying short and long term solutions. Apply business and legal knowledge to resolve multi-functional regulatory compliances related problems. DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
Functional Skills Can execute compliances related plans effectively. Should be able to respond effectively to meet internal customer requirements and service levels. Applying innovative approach to problems.
Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics Individual contributor, demonstrates problem solving behavior, assumes broad perspective.
Experience Range At least 5 years\' relevant experience.
Qualifications Minimum LL.B. degree or equivalent.
Nature of experience (Sector / position / role) Good business legal and regulatory compliance competencies in Large/Midsize Organization or a Consultancy Firm is preferable. The profiles what we are looking at, who has handled legal and statutory compliance. Statutory compliance is related to HR i.e. PF, ESIC, P.Tax etc., Shop & Establishment Act, Minimum Wages Act. Legal compliance like Corporate laws, labour laws, Contract Labour laws. Also, who is aware of audit of compliance.
