Participates in visual concept meetings, incorporating design expectations from many different points of view including merchandising, operations, and creative departments.
Works effectively cross-departmentally with merchants, planners, store operations, & creative services to manage company-wide merchandising projects.
Coordinates fixture development & sourcing.
Works with stores & District Managers to determine best locations for new fixtures and keeps store maps up to date.
Successfully manages multiple projects including flow of visual supplies to both new and existing stores.
Works as a team leader when working in the field, teaching company merchandising goals.
Provides production support for internal visual merchandising documents.
Manages budgets as they relate to fixture replenishment & new store fixtures.
Develop store look & feel through in-store displays for visual merchandising guidelines.
Qualification: - Graduate: with photo shop coral draw
Coordinate with foreign. Dealer management
Good interpersonal skills ,Experience in Lifestyle brand, luxury brand or Watch industries would add advantage
