We are looking for detail oriented, fast and experienced Credit Card Fraud Investigating Manager to be part of our team, performing various Fraud Analysis tasks, as may be assigned from time to time, including but not limited to: 1. Excellent English speaking skills for calling to US banks 2. Excellent phone skills for speaking professionally with bank representatives and customers 3. Extremely detail-oriented analytical skills 4. Familiarity with a wide-range of internet search sites and/or skip-tracing skills 5. Strong customer service skills, ability to turn an angry customer into a happy one 6. Strong geographical knowledge, world capitals, US cities and suburbs 7. Basic knowledge of credit card number formats, and major US bank names 8. Basic knowledge of how an US street address should be formatted 9. Basic knowledge of common surnames by country of origin 10. Ability to work on a rotational shift in 24/7 environment 11. Hands on experience on credit card verification / analyzing frauds 12. 3-5 years of experience in risk control, verification of credit cards, analyzing frauds 13. Knowledge of any risk control tool e.g. Cyber Source

This position exists to perform on various Fraud Analysis tasks for US based travel company. • The incumbent is required to undertake fraud investigations for all cases where any type of Fraud is identified on customers booking • The incumbent is required to talk to US bank’s representative and customers to verify the details of credit card used at the time of booking made by the customer • The incumbent is required to monitor Real Time credit card transaction • The incumbent is required to assist Fraud Risk Manager with reports on progress and results • Working with the business in identifying key fraud risk areas and advising of controls to minimize such risks • The incumbent is required to work on various risk control tools • The incumbent should be efficient in handling the CCV Team effectively
