Follow-up with suppliers for timely supply of ordered material. Maintaining Stock of inventory without affecting production and increasing inventory targets (Inventory Management). Preparing & Analyzing monthly Stores Ledger. Preparing monthly CAPEX Report. Co-ordination with Department Head for their urgent requirements. Developing New suppliers time to time for reducing cost and creating competitive atmosphere between suppliers. Follow-up with accounts for timely payments. Checking daily Minimum Level report. Checking daily PO Due Date report and follow-up with suppliers to avoid undue delay. Handling ISO 9001-2000 as MR and ensuring the Quality System in company and maintaining ISO Certificate (Quarterly Audits, Documentation, Surveillance Audits etc) Supplier Audit. / Co-ordination with Internal Auditors. Supplier Evaluation. Maintaining discipline & unity in the department. Motivating & Team Building. Trouble shooting of their problems. Maintain proper housekeeping & filing of the dept. Any other special assignment given by management
