Effectively Organise, manage and monitor staff, Contractors, Consultants and expenditures, as well as Maintenance Functions of Port equipment like Ship unloaders, Stacker- Reclaimers, Shiploaders, Wagon tippler, SILO, Conveyor system etc. 2.Design, Implement & Monitor programs & Plans for preventive, periodic mantenance of Bulk Material Handling equipment. Provide consultation and technical assistance to staff and management team, participate in decision making process related to maintenance plan, spare part procurement, contract management. Formulate immediate and long term plans for effective and total productive maintenance. 3.Inspect work sites regularly,and recommend,initiate and monitor remedial action as required. Prepare Cost estimate and co-ordiante the approval and permits for managing the maintenance.
