Job Description
Responsible for Compilation of forecasting received from the field -Generation of reports and circulation to the concerned functional managers -Processing of bills under “centralized billing” on a fortnightly basis -Collation of near expiry data for products on a monthly basis and circulate to concerned managers - Preparation of Stock Adjustment Notes analysis for every month -Updation of stock transfer advice, generation of stock adjustment notes in ERP -TO GENERATE VARIOUS MIS AND REPORTS FOR ANALYSIS FOR FURTHER DEVELOPMENTS -Be savvy in operating systems -Analysis of Reasons for Buffer Consumption / Delays for future improvements -Personal Monitoring of Major/Critical Products -New product evaluation/Project Analysis. -Summarising business reports with analysis -Serves as the interface between the company and the distributor, which will include sales, marketing, contract compliance, training and other support activities. -Consolidated MIS & Reporting to Top Mgmt for exception analysis and corrective actions
