Job Description |

Finance, Accounts ,MIS ,Costing & Budget
Finance and Accounts
• Working capital Management, –review and control of Inventories, Receivables, and Net Current Assets • Day to day Banking & Fund management for optimum utilization and minimizing interest cost. • Day to Day Accounting activities • Periodical and Annual Accounts • Statutory & Internal Audits • Compliance to Various Accounting standards /Guide Note • Statutory Compliances including deposit of Tax, returns etc for all Direct Tax.
Costing, MIS and Budget • Preparation of operational and financial budget and budgetary control • Monitoring Product and activities Cost on regular basis to detect and plug the wastages and identifying areas of improvement to maximize efficiency and returns. • Cost Saving projects- to identify , plan action for execution and monitor the progress & results.
• Developing various Management reports for timely informations to the Management as per their requirement. • Monitoring and ensuring the optimum utilization of Resources . • Ensuring Adequacy of Insurance of the properties
Input Procurement, Stores, Warehousing & Logistics • Purchase of all inputs. • Negotiation with suppliers for quality and prices on continuous basis • Vendor development activities • Well conversant with Import documentations and licences • Monitoring of Stores department. • Monitoring on Logistics functions and warehousing management
Finished Goods despatch • Continuous interaction with Marketing for maintaining delivery schedule.
• Ensuring 100% on time delivery to the customers . Excise & Other Statutory Compliances • All Statutory compliances under Indirect Tax like Excise, Customs, Service Tax, VAT/CST etc.
• Representing the Company before higher Statutory authorities at the level of Commissioner, CESTAT etc.. • Compliance to other Statutory requirements of Pollution
Other Commercial Activities • Ensuring adequate insurance coverage like IAR policies,Marine policies for transit of goods, GPA policies for employees etc.
• Representations to Industries Associations, Ministries and other agencies on various aspects related to
• infrastructural facilities,taxation and subsidies issues etc. • Handled legal matters related to Negotiable Instrument Act, Revenue, Land matters,Labour disputes,Motor accidents and other various cases.
