Job Description
The incumbent will be responsible for overall managing the equity of the company’s brands Opthal portfolio with consumers. This includes managing the existing brands in the portfolio as well as developing and launching new products, generate current & future demand for the brands in the Opthal portfolio. Responsible for achieving the brand KRAs like Market share, Sales, Profitability, TOM Scores, Medium & Long term business plans He/She will also be responsible for co-ordination of all functional activities through cross-functional teams and managing the advertising and research agencies. Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of brand objectives, market characteristics, and other essential factors.
