Job Description |
|
The Vice President is responsible fro all operations regarding driecton and management of sales and business development, including strategy and market intelligence, pricing, compensation, distribution. He is to drive the comapny's targets for revenues and customer acquistion and retention. 1. Selling functions: a) Translate customer requirements into textile parameters. b) Nurture customer relation and tap cutomer requirements ( through site--visits, follow-ups, tender notices, website updates etc.) thus increasing sales. c) Develop new customer/new segments for the company. d) Prepare cutomer correspondence (bid documents, marketing material etc.) e) Follow up with customer for the prospective sales pitched by the company f) Track customer payment status and follow-up g) Register KCPL as per requiremtns of customers (Govt. or private parties) 2. Team Leading: a) Be a role model for the company culture. b) Establish compensation, training and sales incentive programs. c) Drive the development of national/international sales strategies by exploring various markets. d) Maintain custome relationships and implement strategies by expanding customer base. e) Improve company recognitions through marketing intiaties such as trade shows, brochures etc. f) Develop and manage the company's entire marketing budget. g) Develop and track metrics and success criteria for all marketing programs and activities Other Functions: 1. Command and Coordination 2. Sales Order systems management. 3. Documentation and reporting 4. Human resource management
