Responsibilities
• Responsible and accountable for revenue generation and bottom line performance
• Responsible to integrate the organizational vision with the sales strategy
• Responsible to think and plan sales policies & manual
• Responsible to initiate, lead, recruit, train and manage a PAN India sales team Role
• Manage sales and distribution of publications
• Create & manage dealer distribution network
• Identify needs, new market segments and expand customer base
• Explore new avenues and innovative ideas to promote company products
• Network and build rapport with senior brand marketers and decision makers of in corporate, retail & hospitality segment
• Manage & handle sales team with appropriate training & reporting
• Handle and conducting exhibitions and campaigns
• Monitor billing and collections Attributes
• Should be a results driven individual
• Should have a background with concept marketing & selling, especially with the print advertising, exhibition spaces and large sponsorship sales
• Should have network and rapport with brand marketers and decision makers
• Should be extremely good at strategic alliances and tie-ups
• Should be a confident, individual who has basic business & commercial sense
• Should have inherent selling skills with commercial and deal closing abilities.
• Should have understanding about publishing & events industry
• Should be disciplined and aggressive achiever with a burning desire to achieve targets
• Should be a self starter and possess go getter attitude
• Should have presentable dressing sense and personality
• Should be able to handle a team of executive and managers
• Should be able to work in a large team environment
• Excellent and error free communication skills in English and Hindi
