Job Skills : SAP BI,SAP Business Intelligence,BI,Business Intelligence,BW,Business Warehouse Job Description • Customer Service: Meet or exceed customer expectations by responding to client and operations service requests (tickets) in accordance with established service procedures and guidelines; review assigned tickets daily; follow up and provide status updates to end users; alert management, team members, and other IT groups when sensitive issues arise or a major problem is expected. • BW representative within Application Support: position BW/BI tools for the Application Support team. In this role he should keep himself up-to-date with SAP BW developments. • Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve the processes and operational support through simplification/standardization to permit the transfer of work to the computer and the service centers; Monitor how systems / processes are used, proactively monitor performance trends, and alert super-users and/ or management when a problem is noticed. • Participate in new projects, either as BW representative in cross-functional projects or as project team member/lead in BW/BI specific projects. This participation includes planning, design, development and deployment of the BW specific deliverables and BW specific security work • Configure SAP in relation to support and operations (includes documentation of process flows, training material, test scenarios, working procedures, security). • Problem tracking data quality: Record, track, and document the problem-solving process, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made, and actions taken, through to final resolution; Perform Root Cause Analysis on all major issues with a focus on finding ways to prevent repeated future problems
