HR Recruitment end to end. The role demands end to end recruitment experience from Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling documentation and on-boarding as per Internal & External Process. Setting team goals and driving & motivating teams/recruiters to meet them every time and every month Hiring internal team / recruiters to grow the team as per the client / requirements’ demand Managing Internal & External Clients.
