The JD for TMEs is as follows: • Product Testing It is required to test new products for their readiness to launch in market. Also, it is expected to continuously test and work on improvising the existing product range to ensure its market readiness at all times. This might entail proposing a new feature-set to engineering and evaluating their implementations also. Prepare documentation which can be used to communicate with various stake holders. • Product Demo Preparation Prepare product demo to demonstrate various product feature-set being offered. End objective is to ensure that these demo will give various stake holders (especially management) an agenda for discussion about the product. Expectation is to ensure that every line item in the product brochure is tested/ evaluated and summary is prepared • Product Readiness Work with internal teams or vendors to ensure the products are equipped with the latest software, and all features are available without any bugs. this entails implementing industry best practices in Version Management/ maintaining revision history for the software, products feature upgrades • ODM and Partner Enablement Work with vendors (ODM, partner) to improvise the product or bundle the product with complementary offerings. Ensure necessary documentation are prepared and maintained. Industry best practices are expected to be followed w.r.t documentation. • Technical collaterals Every product is associated with a set of documentation which are related to stake holders (internal and external). Take ownership to ensure all these collaterals are prepared, and maintained and are avaialble. The collaterals will comprise of, but not limited to: data sheets, white paper, product feature-set summary, competition product comparison (technical) and end user benefit communication. • Technical training it is expected to provide regular training to pre-sales team, sales team, product support team. creation of training content, delivery of trainings (Eg: Train the trainers), mentoring new joinees (especially technial) are included. Work with pre-sales teams for understanding their challenges in pitching the product
