To work a Manager Finance & Accounts, reporting to General Manager Finance, based at the Company’s Head Office at Kolkata.
•To prepare monthly / quarterly / annual MIS statements
•To work on Finalization of Annual Accounts, Annual Report, Balance Sheet etc .
•To manage Income Tax, Sales Tax, Excise, CENVAT related matters and prepare and file returns.
•To manage relationships with banks and help in monitoring credit and debt finance and do the necessary follow up with banks for any additional need for loans / debt finance by the company.
•To manage receivables and send necessary MIS on a weekly / monthly basis to sales offices and key managers.
•To help in preparation of project reports for financing of expansion plans of the company.
•To prepare and send statutory information and reports for the stock markets and ensure all statutory compliances.
