Job Description
Requirement for SAP resource
Understand and document the business processes and requirements
Good knowledge of Supply Chain concepts
Excellent written and verbal communication SAP experience in the SD module, MM and PP modules
Expertise in Sales Order and Contract Management, Sales & Operation Planning,
Sales Pricing Procedures; Shipping & Transportation and Billing.
Good knowledge of Master Data, Stock & Requirement Categories, Understanding of service-oriented architecture concepts.
Independently handle new functionality end-to-end implementation(e.g. EDI )
"Understands the quality and delivery processes on SAP and
delivers as per the required standards." Participate in customer requirement discovery, proof of concepts, demo’s etc.
Should create an understanding with peers and ask for help, share
information when required. Should motivate towards achieving the shared vision and team objectives and gain others commitment. Conceptualizes and thinks about innovatively to build new processes/solutions
Contributes his learning’s and thoughts to the team and helps in Knowledge harvesting WORK EXPERIENCE
Contribute to the following primary activities of SAP Support
Conduct requirement gathering workshops
Design queries, reports
Configuration understanding
New functions understanding.
Mfg/Auto domain experience will be added advantage

BE(CS)added advantage with exposure of having worked in manufacturing environment
