Establishing and monitoring Quality Systems for controlling the quality of manufactured Glass Bottles for packaging of Food, Pharmaceutical & Beverage Use, etc
Controlling quality parameters for manufactured Glass Bottles - Hot End, Cold End, Shift SQC End, Capacity Check, Seed Count, General Shift SQC End, Packware Audit etc.
Authorizng lot pass or rejection of manufactured Glass Bottles online / offline.
Conducting data analysis through SPC and Process Capability Study for Critical Parameters for the purpose of having the assured output quality.
Initiating projects on quality improvement through DIMAC Method.
Resolving critical issues occurring in run & measuring against the same.
Finding the root causes of justified issues, analysis, feedback & coordination for future improvement.
Providing technical solutions for customer issues.
Feedback & coordinating with the production to implement customers\' needs & requirements.
Leading, Training and monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operation and meeting of individual and group targets.
Member of Area Effectiveness Team, working on different quality initiatives to improve quality and effectiveness of the system.
Training to supervisors on Quality related issues
Customer relationship management. Root Cause analysis of customer complaints & preparing CAR (Corrective Action Report). Responsible for Implementation of CAPA on the line.
