Taxation • Preparing Tax / VAT Returns & all challans and ensuring timely submission of the same. • Tax Computation & Tax Planning for the employees. • Coordinating with Tax Consultant regarding different Tax issues. 6. Foreign Exchange Regulation. • Keeping track of daily Exchange Rates. • Calculation of Rupee Depreciation/Appreciation against last year & Budgets. • Maintaining records of License & Franchise merchants. • Booking of Forex Gain/ Loss as per the Exchange Rate Difference. 7. General cashier • Cash Verification of F.O. & F&B (Service) and others • Bank Reconciliation 8. Accounts Payable • Issuing of all supplier’s cheque & their correspondence • Coordination with other units & H. O. & Corp. Office • Preparation of staff salary & other calculations • Checking of all DRR’s before making payments 9. Accounts Receivables • Preparing aging status & send it to C.A weekly • Preparing the Competition Analysis to compare the workings with other firms in the Industry. • Preparing Sales Bills and ensuring timely dispatch of the same. • Linking of the bill amount with amount received from Parties thereby keeping the track of better Collection Period.
