? Act as India EMPLOYERS single point of contact for the account to CLIENT acting as “trusted advisor”. ? Jointly represent EMPLOYERS and CLIENT in their best interests. ? Perform as a first rate team player, able to communicate and engage effectively within CLIENT and its business groups, and across all corporate and regional business lines in EMPLOYERS. ? Reduce the number of issues across the regional service lines on the account and effectively manage escalations to successful resolution ? Provide research and analytical capabilities, for example Saving analysis report, Annual Opex planning and analysis. ? Enable knowledge sharing of CLIENT processes and tools. ? Provide CLIENT with robust quality advice for its portfolio and ensure the work that EMPLOYERS is engaged is delivered in a first class manner. ? Ability to work onsite in a client environment and the ability to effectively work in a vast geographic and cultural network. ? Make a successful contribution to the common goals and outcomes jointly set between EMPLOYERS and CLIENT. ? Manage large team across geographies and locations. ? Quality check on every aspect of Facility management. ? Train, Motivate, Mentor and issue resolution. ? Hands On support to team members
Assist EMPLOYERS in all aspects of the service delivery to CLIENT. In addition, provide additional support to the CLIENT RE & WR team as required and as agreed by the EMPLOYERS. ? Participate in annual budget process
? Establish Annual Resource Plan
? Utilise Best Practices and provide Innovation toward further development of Best Practises across the account
? Implement and Optimize EMPLOYERS Processes
? Ongoing Strategic Support – Budget and Master Schedule input
? Facility / Property Management
o Provide advice where necessary in matters pertaining the general lease issues, including queries, lease, EMPLOYERS, landlord’s and alike
o Ensure connectivity between services lines of EMPLOYERS
o Manage escalations in areas of FM service delivery working closely with the region FM lead for the region along with the local on ground team.
o Work to foster good relations with the local FM internal CLIENT team where installed.
o Ensure a level of integration in hand over of new/refurbished premises by the Project Manager to the local FM team
o Overview and audit of systems and process
o Check and setup reporting lines
o Review and create processes as requirement
o Creativity and out of box thinking to resolve any issue related to FM services. ? General / Administration
o Guide, ensure and compile a monthly report (MIS) for various regions and All India.
o Organize reviews with vendors
o Performance evaluation of teams and vendors
o Assist the India EMPLOYERS asset services leadership in managing the local client relationships.
o Ensure financial, property, system, reporting is timely and in the format/manner prescribed.
o Participate in Joint Learning as required
o Endeavour to grow the service lines to CLIENT looking for opportunities such as strat cons, FM, environmental, etc.
o Assist to provide input to the QBR (Quarterly Business Review).
o Ensure Client Satisfaction for delivery of services to CLIENT reaches established targets reference to the CLIENT.
o Manage to the goals of the established CRM Plan and ensure new initiatives are fulfilled.
o Develop absolute strong relationships with the CLIENT regional business line heads and operations managers.
o Engage and co-operate well with CLIENT vendors providing services to CLIENT. Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks, and consistently deliver on those that has greatest impact to CLIENT. Escalations kept to a minimum and sound resolution of escalations received. Ability to deal in an environment with ambiguity and being able to align the goals of the clients business along with those of EMPLOYERS. Ability to approach tasks with initiative, a clear and efficient process, and a mind for creative problem solving. Ability to promote knowledge sharing within and outside of CLIENT, and also to effect general process improvements within the group (e.g., IT training, Delphi). Obtaining “trusted partner” status with CLIENT Ability to effect change within CLIENT and EMPLOYERS to achieved desired goals. Timely delivery, Accuracy and quality of required reports. Sound financial management process and ability to add value through financial cost modelling. Actively participate as an effective member of the CLIENT team and fully cooperate in all initiatives set by both CLIENT and CLIENT.
