Job Snapshoot:
• Provide leads to regional teams for future projects coming in pipeline to prepare the base for pre-sales activity.
• Provide overall support to regional teams for the right product in line with customer specification, define strategy and implement through field sales and ITO team.
• Provide technical backup for any deviation in consultation with customer Engg team with commercial back up
• Help regional team to prepare clear technical offer against customer specification
• Clearly define potential, identify projects, define scope, educate and sell product market differentiators and influence project specifications at pre-RFQ phase
• Build strong relationships at the functional and leadership levels, understand customer CTQ, processes and procedures and provide guidance/leadership to field sales and ITO team.
• Own the account in totality; pre-RFQ support, budgetary/firm proposal submissions, pricing strategy, order negotiations, collection
• Foster team environment across functions and across regional teams to facilitate success
• Facilitate on-going project reviews with respective Project Managers
• Provide support to the team(s) responsible for Financial receivables (AR, C- forms, PDs, bank guarantees etc)Candidate's Desired Profile:
1. Ideal candidate should be comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a product organization with a rapidly expanding customer base specifically power sector.
2. The incumbent should have an experience of handling Govt. / PSU projects and private customers.
3. Knowledge of Power Control products such as switchgears & breakers in the LV/MV segment and other control products is essential.
4. Proven leadership and ability to orchestrate resources and motivate teams. He/she should have strong business acumen.
5. The incumbent should be an inclusive leader that builds a connection to the workforce through personal involvement and trust.
6. Proven ability to influence and drive change through exceptional written and verbal communication skills and understanding of commercial and contract terminologies. Should demonstrate the tendency to challenge the status quo and drive constant improvement in process and ability to achieve organizational goals.
7. We are looking for someone with great presentation skills with a strong ability to present ideas to customers in a way that produces understanding and impact.
8. Also, he/she should be able to analyze financial needs accurately and establish budget effectively.
9. As a manager, he/she should know how to give tough feedback, take ownership and drive messages that are key to the organizations’ growth.Contact-
