 Job Description
The position oversees all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities , establishing marketing strategies to meet organisational objectives, evaluate customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implement marketing plan. Develop ,implement and facilitate annual marketing plan in conjunction with sales & business development department to meet company’s objective.   Budget management. Plan and administer the company’s Marketing budget.   Manage marketing suppliers .Negotiate with advertising agency, media houses , event management , PR agencies , and other production houses to secure optimum efficiency of marketing budgets. Develop promotional materials , marketing collateral.   Market Research. To undertake market research in order to identify consumers segments &market requirements for the current and future products.   Develop and administer marketing database. market reports , trends.   Develop business unit/SAPs. Develop and deliver insightful presentation and strategies to the business unit , leadership team where appropriate. Ensure the integration of the business unit marketing function within that of a greater group and ensure that the business unit optimizes its use of shared and support services.   Manage marketing department. Supervise marketing team ,regional marketing teams. Make staffing and hiring decisions in consultation with Managing Director. Build and develop a marketing team which is competent, commercially astute ,dedicated and efficient.   Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.   Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationship with all support department.
